Hope you are all well and have been coping during these very strange times!

Those of you that follow us on social media, would have seen that Misty Moon has still been going strong in the form of online events. We desperately miss being at the beloved Cinema Museum in Kennington, London and having fun times at The Phoenix Arts Club, in the west end, (plus other venues and collaborations we are involved in) but in the meantime, we are really enjoying this new avenue for Misty Moon. Saturday 29th August 8pm, GMT, Diane Franklin  ( Amityville 2, Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventures, Last American Virgin) returns to Misty Moon to chat about her career and autobiography.

As the nights draw in and everyone celebrates Guy Fawke’s night with bonfires, bangers and fireworks, The Misty Moon Film Society brings you 4 guests that sparkle brighter than any rocket.

On Saturday the 7th November Larry Dann joins Misty Moon at FlatPlanet for an evening of chat hosted by MC Chris Collins.  Larry starred in 4 Carry On films but was best known for his portrayal of Sgt Alec Peters in ITV’s The Bill. On Friday the 13th November Hollywood and Horror Legend Lynn Lowry returns to Misty Moon @ The Cinema Museum with an evening of thrills and chills.  With a special screening of “The Crazies” at 5pm, Lynn will be joined on stage with Chris Collins for a Q&A.  There will also be a screening of Lynn’s new short film “The Perephial” and a live performance of “The Whole Town Is Sleeping”.  Tickets available in advance or on the door.  https://billetto.co.uk/en/events/an-audience-with-lynn-lowry

Saturday the 14th November Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank returns to Misty Moon @ FlatPlanet for more tales from his illustrious career. The Misty Moon Film Society is proud to announce An Audience With David Barry & Peter Cleall – A “Please Sir Reunion” at the Cinema Museum on Saturday the 10th October 2015. David played “Mummy’s little soldier” Frankie Abbott & Peter played Duffy in “Please Sir!” & “The Fenn Street Gang”.  There will also be a special screening of “Please Sir!
