Stuart created Misty Moon Exhibitions & Events in 2008 as a small art & craft fair. He went on to run a gallery in London where The Misty Moon Film Society was born with the help and backing of Adrienne King star of Friday the 13th. With his love of film Stuart created the tagline “Where Art & Film Collide”.
Jen aka Sequined Moon helps with the smooth running of The Misty Moon Film Socitey’s evenings and also exhibits her unique jewellery at various venues and events.
Linda Regan is a British author and actress, who has appeared in television and film. She is best known for her role as Yellowcoat April in the British holiday camp sitcom Hi-de-Hi! Linda is also an accomplished crime writer. Linda starred in Misty Moon’s production of “A Day In The Lives Of Frankie Abbott” in 2016 and also starred in Robo Films & Misty Moon’s micro thriller “After Hours” with Gary Shail, Brian Murphy and David Barry. After chairing the George and Mildred The Movie Reunion last October at The Cinema Museum we asked Linda to become our regular MC and we were delighted when she said yes.
Chris has had a love of TV & Film from a very young age, and what he dosen’t know about our guests and their careers isn’t worth knowing. With his infectious personality, Chris gets on well with all the guests and has enjoyed treading the boards with The Misty Moon Film Society Presents An Audience With Robin Askwith in the theatre.
Once a scientist, John has hung up his white coat for a life of photography. With his cool, calm demeanour John puts the guests and audience at ease, as he takes photographs throughout the Misty Moon evenings.
Jason is a director and film maker for Robo Films. With his skill in film and editing Jason has become a very important part of The Misty Moon Team. Editing some fabulous clips for the Robin Askwith Tour, as well as recording all of the Misty Moon’s Guest Q&As. Jason has also directed some of the Misty Moon guests in short films that he has written and co-produced.
Rob is a film maker who brings his expertise into Misty Moon by setting up all of our equipment and making sure of the smooth running of visuals and sound on the night.
Tim is a graduate in fine art and film making. Tim premiered his short horror film “The Cut” with Misty Moon in 2014, and since then he has helped at all Misty Moon’s events by moving and setting up equipment.
Joe has helped bring some Hollywood glamour to Misty Moon. With his laid back approach he contacts the guests and tells them about The Misty Moon experience. Guests he has helped to bring to Misty Moon include, Michael Berryman, Rutanya Alda, Diane Franklin and most recently Lynn Lowry.
Ronnie designs the new look Misty Moon posters and flyers. From his base in the US, he waits for Stuart to send him details of the newest guests and then designs the art work in record time.
